• Project data: building type, floor area, requested functions, timing, indicative budget and details supplied by you.
• Contact details: name, email, phone number, municipality and message.
• Appointment data: time slot, participants and information needed to organise a visit when Cal.com is used.
• Technical data: IP address, security logs, browser, pages viewed and the strictly necessary session cookie.

• Preparing an estimate, answering an enquiry and drafting a quote: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• Fulfilling an order, planning work, invoicing and after-sales follow-up: performance of the contract and legal obligations.

Data is available to authorised Connektik Sarl-S personnel and, where necessary, to Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany for hosting, Mailgun in its EU region for transactional email delivery, and maintenance and appointment-booking providers. It is neither sold nor used for behavioural advertising.

Cal.com receives data only if the booking feature is activated and used. Its own terms and privacy settings then apply to processing carried out to provide the calendar.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, Connektik Sarl-S verifies that the transfer is covered by a mechanism recognised under the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

• Quote enquiries that do not proceed: up to 24 months after the last exchange, unless you object or request deletion.
• Contract, invoice and warranty data: for the duration of the relationship and the applicable statutory periods afterwards.
• Technical and security logs: only for as long as required for security and diagnosis.
• Booking data: for as long as needed to organise the appointment and according to the Cal.com account settings.

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send requests to [email protected]. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt. You may also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg's National Commission for Data Protection at cnpd.public.lu.

The site uses a strictly necessary session cookie for operation and quote-simulator security. KNXExpert does not place advertising cookies. Opening a Cal.com calendar may allow that service to place its own cookies; the relevant information will be shown when booking is activated.

Connektik Sarl-S applies proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. This policy may be updated when the site, providers or legal requirements change; the version date identifies the latest revision.
