How long does KNX installation take?
For a single-family home, KNX work is spread across several construction phases: design, wiring, switchboard and device installation, ETS programming, testing and handover. It is therefore rarely a continuous block of work on site.
Programming and commissioning may take from a few days to several weeks, depending on the number of functions, rooms, interfaces and scenes to be tested.
A reliable schedule is prepared after the plans have been reviewed and the work coordinated with the electrician, HVAC contractor, blind installer and other relevant trades.
